Daughters, they have no capacity and I told IG sir today that 7000 is very low number, this percentage should increase and one day that time will come, God willing when I will not cross 50, you guys. More than 50 will cross, God willing, because I know that women who work hard, do their work with passion and honestly are superhuman, all of you, all of us who are sitting here, we are women.
People also perform their household duties, we are also mothers, we are also professionals, no one can imagine with so much hard work and dedication, I really salute one of you and today I go to the first Serd of Honor Police. I am very happy.

But because I take decisions, by the grace of Allah, you implement them, if you have implementation, you have a great responsibility and women are soft-hearted and forgive many things. are She does it from the heart, but the position you are in, the work you are doing, you have to act only with justice and when a destitute person comes to you, someone who is sympathetic to you has a soft heart.
All this should be for the oppressed, there should be no place in your heart for the oppressor, it is most important for the oppressor to get his punishment and it is a difficult decision for me too. If it happens, I do it with a stone on my heart, because I do not have the spirit of revenge in my heart, but in this case, justice is equally important. Other jobs that have no one would be that person.
If the country deteriorates, it is the responsibility of all of you to do justice, have mercy on the helpless, have mercy on the oppressed and bring the oppressor to justice.

The students and the commandant were telling that this police academy was built in 1980 when Nawaz Sharif was the prime minister. This is the uniform that I wear and every day when I go to office I am not in uniform but I feel that I have to do justice, I have to serve this country, this community, one and a half million people of Punjab. .
